Sample Menus

The menu for your gathering is customized to your tastes and preferences from a large selection of our personal recipes. Our recipes feature fresh herbs from Debbie’s garden and in-season fruits and vegetables. Everything is homemade, prepared just for your special occasion.
Luncheons and dinners are three-course meals, served on tables decorated with fine linens, china and silver. Afternoon teas include four savories; homemade scones with homemade lemon curd, jam and “clotted” cream; desserts; and two or three tea selections.
Debbie also prepares a small piece to entertain your guests after enjoying their meal. Selections may include short story, anecdote, or poem appropriate for the time of year or for your particular event.

Afternoon teas consist of four savories; homemade scones served with lemon curd, “clotted” cream, and jam; one to four desserts (depending upon the group size); and two to three selections of tea.
